What does the collector's edition contain?

The collector's edition includes an exclusive 20 cm statue of Theseus and Sophia, a collector's Steelbook, 3 art prints, and a replica ring. An exclusive bonus will also be offered to all those who pre-ordered during the pre-order phase. More details to come.

Is the game included in the collector's edition?

No. This collector's edition does not include the game. It is a box of physical products only.

What is the price of the collector's edition?

The price is €149. Delivery charges are added depending on your destination country.

Can I pre-order multiple editions?

Yes, but you will need to pre-order multiple times. You will not be able to add several editions to the same cart. Shipping costs will be charged for each copy ordered.

When am I charged?

Payment is due in full and immediately upon order. Payment in installments is possible via PayPal (subject to PayPal's terms and conditions).

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Delivery

What geographical areas do you deliver to?

We deliver in France, Europe (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy), the United States and the United Kingdom

When will I be delivered?

Delivery is estimated for the end of the year. The exact date is not yet confirmed. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.

Is shipping included in the price?

No, shipping fees are not included in the displayed price. They will be calculated and shown based on your delivery address when you finalize your order.

How do I track my order?

Creating a customer account is not necessary. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam folder). Tracking is done directly on the carrier's website. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

Am I responsible for customs fees?

Yes. If customs duties apply upon delivery, they are entirely the customer's responsibility.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact our customer support as soon as possible, including photos of the package and the affected products. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.

Cancellations and returns

Do I have a right of withdrawal for a pre-order?

Yes. All online pre-orders benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. You can cancel without justification or penalty.

What is the cooling-off period?

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product (not from the preorder payment date).

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
