Scope
The site is published by Neamedia. These general terms and conditions govern any purchase made by a non-commercial individual (hereinafter the "Buyer") from the company Neamedia Icons.
Any purchase via the site implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of the Conditions. The Conditions may be adapted or modified at any time by Neamedia Icons. In the event of modification, the applicable Conditions will be those online on the date of the order. The Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Product Presentation
Products sold by Neamedia Icons are presented on the website with their essential characteristics. Neamedia Icons reserves the right to modify its catalog and product characteristics, including presentation, commercialization date, and content. Product offers and prices displayed on the website are valid while stocks last. The visuals presented on the website may not be final and are subject to change until the final production of the product.
Pre-order
Neamedia Icons gives you the opportunity to purchase your collector's edition in advance by pre-ordering. This way, you are guaranteed to receive it upon its official release.
The estimated delivery date is indicated on the product page as a guide. Neamedia Icons reserves the right to modify it based on production and manufacturing constraints. Any potential delay will not lead to claims for damages.
Pre-orders are time-limited. After the deadline, it will no longer be possible to reserve the collector's edition.
An exclusive bonus will be offered to all individuals who have validated their pre-order during the pre-order phase. This bonus will not be available after the pre-order period closes.
Order
You can check the details of your order and its total price before confirming your purchase. Neamedia Icons acknowledges receipt of your order by an email confirmation, which constitutes proof of the sale concluded (the "Order Confirmation"). Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email.
Changes to the delivery address or contact information are possible as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

Payment
Payment is full and immediate at the time of order, including for pre-orders. Payment can be made by credit card, Shopify Payment, Stripe, and PayPal. Payment in installments is possible via PayPal, subject to PayPal's own terms and conditions.
In the event of a payment incident, Neamedia Icons will immediately stop processing the order and the sale will be automatically cancelled.
The site is secured using SSL encryption technology.
No banking data is transmitted or stored by Neamedia Icons. Your payment details are encrypted and processed in a fully secured environment by our payment provider.
Delivery
6.1. Delivery Areas
Neamedia Icons delivers to mainland France, Europe (Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands), the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. For any orders outside these areas, please contact us at: client@neamedia-icons.com
6.2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price. They are calculated and displayed based on your delivery address when you finalize your order. Separate shipping costs are charged for each item ordered.
6.3. Delivery Times
Delivery of the collector's edition is estimated for the end of the current year.
This date is provided for informational purposes only and may change depending on production constraints. Neamedia Icons undertakes to inform you by email of any significant changes to the schedule.
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier. Tracking can be done directly on the carrier's website.
6.4. Customs Fees
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery information (name, address, contact details). Otherwise, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
For any delivery outside mainland France, the Customer may have to pay customs duties, VAT, or other taxes due to the importation of products into the country of delivery. The related formalities are also the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated. The Customer is considered the importer of the product and is therefore solely responsible for verifying the possibility of importing the ordered products in accordance with the law of the territory of the country of delivery.
If the Customer refuses or does not pay customs duties, the product will be considered abandoned by the Customer and no refund can be offered by the Seller.
6.5. Damaged Package
If your collector's item arrives damaged, contact our customer support as soon as possible by attaching photos of the package and the affected products to: client@neamedia-icons.com.
We will do our best to find a suitable solution.
6.6. Unavailability
In the event of product unavailability after your order has been validated, Neamedia Icons will inform you by email as soon as possible and undertakes to refund you in full by the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 days.
Cancellation and right of withdrawal
7.1. Cancellation before shipment
You can cancel your pre-order as long as the order has not yet been shipped. After this period, the sale is final. For any cancellation request: client@neamedia-icons.com
7.2. Right of withdrawal after receipt
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, send the standard withdrawal form attached to your order, or any written statement clearly expressing your wish to withdraw, to the following address before the deadline: client@neamedia-icons.com.
Keep proof of your dispatch.
7.3. Product return
You must return the item to Neamedia Icons within 14 days of your decision to withdraw, to the following address:

Return costs are entirely at the buyer's expense. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and undamaged. Any product returned incomplete, damaged or deteriorated cannot be fully refunded.
7.4. Refund
In case of withdrawal, Neamedia Icons undertakes to refund you in full within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as that used during the purchase. A refund in the form of a credit note can only take place with your express agreement.
In case of late reimbursement, the sums due are automatically increased in accordance with the law.
Prices
Prices are given in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Neamedia Icons reserves the right to modify the prices mentioned on the site; the price applied will be that in force on the day of the order.
Intellectual Property
The Collector's Edition is an officially licensed product.
All trademarks, logos, and content associated with A Plague Tale are the property of their respective owners. Neamedia Icons acts as an authorized licensee. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of protected elements constitutes an infringement that engages the civil and criminal liability of its author.
Accountability
Neamedia Icons cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a force majeure event, a production delay by the manufacturer, disruptions to postal services and means of transport, or any other event beyond our control affecting the fulfillment of the order.
