What does the collector's edition contain?
The collector's edition includes an exclusive 20cm statue of Theseus and Sophia, a collector's Steelbook, 3 art prints, and a replica ring. An exclusive bonus will also be offered to all those who pre-ordered during the pre-order phase. More details to come.
Is the game included in the collector's edition?
No. This collector's edition does not include the game. It is a physical product box only.
What is the price of the collector's edition?
The price is €149. Delivery charges are extra and depend on your destination country.

Can I pre-order multiple editions?
Yes, but you will have to pre-order multiple times. You will not be able to add multiple editions to the same cart. Shipping fees will be charged for each copy ordered.
Order and payment
When am I charged?
Payment is full and immediate at the time of order. Payment in installments is possible via PayPal (according to PayPal's terms and conditions).
Can I modify my order after placing it?

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Delivery
Which geographical areas do you deliver to?
We deliver in France, Europe (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy), the United States, and the United Kingdom
When will I be delivered?
Delivery is estimated for the end of the year. The exact date is not yet confirmed. You will receive a notification email upon shipment with a tracking number.
Are shipping costs included in the price?
No, shipping costs are not included in the displayed price. They will be calculated and shown based on your delivery address when you finalize your order.
How do I track my order?
Creating a customer account is not necessary. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam folder). Tracking is done directly on the carrier's website. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
Am I responsible for customs fees?
Yes. If customs fees apply upon delivery, they are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Contact our customer support as soon as possible, attaching photos of the package and the affected products. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Withdrawal and Returns
Do I have a right of withdrawal for a pre-order?
Yes. All pre-orders placed online are covered by the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code. You can cancel without justification and without penalty.
What is the withdrawal period?
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product (not from the pre-order payment date).
How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
